I would like to introduce you to the two businesses I operate from 902 S. Oliver in Parklane Center. One is a personnel staffing agency and the other is an income tax preparation and consulting service.

Advanced Personnel offers a wide array of employee services to local companies, from traditional temporary, to temp-to-perm, to direct-hire employees. Each different level of service is designed to "tailor fit" the exact needs of Advanced Personnel's clients. Since we provide employees to all different types of businesses in the Wichita and surrounding markets, the type of employees that are needed vary greatly. Some clients need highly skilled, long-term employees, while other clients are just looking for employees who can help out with their short-term, peak demands. In addition to screening applicants via a face-to-face interview process, Advanced Personnel also offers background checks, drug screening and specific skills testing. All of these services are designed to help us find the best possible candidates for our clients.

The second business, Tax Express, is tied directly to my educational and employment background. After graduating from WSU in 1982, I spent 16 years working in the Certified Public Accountant field for both regional and national accounting firms. While some of my earlier years were spent performing primarily audit and financial statement services, the last 10 years have been almost exclusively performing income tax services to individual and small business clients. With computers, income tax software, electronic tax filing and refund anticipation loans, Tax Express is able to provide almost any tax service needed to keep everyone in compliance with their individual and business tax needs. And being available 12 months out of the year is a huge benefit to our many individual tax clients. Nobody likes having trouble getting in touch with their income tax preparer when they receive a correspondence from the IRS. We are here to answer your questions whatever time of the year they may arise.

CUSTOMER SERVICE is the key focus in my businesses. We have striven to structure both organizations so we can adapt to the ever-changing needs of the clients at Advanced Personnel and Tax Express. By operating both businesses from one location, we are able to share many common services, which in turn helps us keep our prices low and competitive.
