In 1999, the concept was developed of a private company providing court systems with offender-funded programs. This idea was introduced to the smaller municipal courts and continued on to the larger district courts. By 2003 Associated Service had enrolled over 1000 clients. In 2003 Associated Service has expanded and entered into a partnership with Ceridian to provide the most comprehensive offender tracking programs currently available. This partnership combines the needed services such as equipment repair, professional training and intensive offender monitoring with the most advanced GPS tracking software technology.

The ORBIS Program provides alternative methods in offender monitoring and accountability. Veridian has developed VeriTracks, which correlates offender location with places and events of interest, i.e., the location of a crime incident, utilizing GPS tracking. Associated Service supports and maintains the critical services surrounding the VeriTracks software. These services include equipment repair, professional training, client service centers, and other important value-added support.

Associated Service has several sections in which we tackle these difficult problems. Associated Service supports and maintains the critical services surrounding ORBIS program. We also provide around the clock monitoring center, private probation programs, drug testing services, and other important value-added support.
