Sandy & Jack McInteer, Owners

Barritt Management is a small property management office located in the Parklane Officenter. Sandi and Jack McInteer are the owners. The McInteers moved to Wichita from Kansas City in 1972 when Jack graduated from law school. He is currently an attorney with Depew, Gillen, Rathbun & McInteer. After the birth of two children, Sandi went to work as a court reporter with Court Reporting Service. "We first bought a triplex across the street from our home when my mom decided to move to Wichita so that she could be close to us." Through the years the number of units increased to 60. In April of 2004, Sandi decided to take on the management of those units.

"I first became acquainted with the Parklane Officenter as a court reporter as I would occasionally take depositions in the Conference Room. When we decided to get an office, Parklane Officenter was my first choice. The Officenter is a perfect location for our small operation. Having the front office is an advantage because many tenants prefer to pay their rent in person. Also, since we are in and out working on properties and showing the units, having Shirley to receive and distribute the mail is extremely helpful. Another bonus is the central location of Parklane. As we have properties in College Hill and in south Wichita, Parklane is a long-standing center most Wichitans are familiar with. It is a great asset to be able to use the Conference Room for meeting with vendors and hosting Home Owners Association meetings."

Robyn Ryan - Property Manager
Robyn has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sterling College. After graduation from Sterling, she went to work for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where she worked for the next seven years. She began working for Barritt Management in August of 2004.

Tim Logan - Maintenance Manager
Tim's college major is Criminal Justice. He is a graduate of Wichita Technical College and is licensed in Heating and Air. He is also a locksmith. Tim has been doing maintenance for rental properties for the past twenty-plus years.

We really enjoy being located in the Parklane Officenter.
