our Parklane Merchants!
Builders,
Inc., founded in 1941, has always prided itself on being able to
relate well to their customers. "Our customers are the foundation
of our success. We don't try to just meet our customres needs,
we want to exceed them." Dennis Fitzroy, Vice President
of the Commercial Division explains why these are not just words.
"It's easy to provide good customer service when everything
is going well, but what happens when things go wrong? We believe
that's the real opportunity to show you mean what you say."
Listening
to the customer is one of the main reasons Builders, Inc. embarked
on a major renovation of Parklane Center in 1999. Feedback from
the merchants convinced us the renovation had their support as well
as support from the shopping center's customers. Time has proven
everyone right. Since the renovation the center has experienced
a significant increase in occupancy. More importantly, the arrival
of many good quality tenants has brought an increased customer base
for the merchants.
The
team at Parklane Center, under the direction of Dennis Fitzroy,
is committed to the merchants and the customers who frequent the
center. Shirley Tucker at the Parklane Office Center, Ray Carver,
Richard Crandell and Troy Naillieux work together as the service
team. James Meece is the courtesy patrol officer for the center.
As
the New Year approaches, the Builders, Inc. commercial division
and the entire team at Builders, Inc. corporate office would like
to thank the Parklane Merchants for their business and wish them
all a meaningful and successful 2004.
