Christina and her husband, Roberto, opened their first restaurant in Wichita on December 6, 2004. Los Zarraga's is family owned and operated by Gerardo, Martin and Ernestina Zarraga; Eduardo, Jorge and Simon Garcia; and Luis Otero, who is a family friend.

They offer a variety of authentic Mexican dishes such as carne asada tacos, homemade tamales, coctel de camaron, caldo de pescado (fish soup), tostados de camaron, and carne quisada. Of course, they also serve enchiladas, steaks, burritos, flautas, quesadillas, chimichangas, chili rellenos, and fajitas. Even better... chips, cheese sauce and sopapillas are complimentary with purchase of any entree.

Every Sunday, Menudo and Caldo de Res (beef soup) are served. All Mexican beers are served in an 18 oz. frosted schooner with lime and salt around the rim. With Christina's special ingredients, the margaritas are a must - from a Sangria Swirl to a Playa Azul (blue beach).
